The goal of this study was to look at the impact work motivation, leadership style, and competence on job satisfaction, as well effects performance, satisfaction's performance via satisfaction. research will take place LLDIKTI-IX. study's population sample size were 125 employees (complete sampling). data from questionnaire analyzed with use AMOS 18 Structural Equation Model. According findings, motivation has a negative significant Employee in existence, connectedness, growth is still low, but it necessary improve employee influenced by positive insignificant way. competency career development issue, little attention paid role innovation technology improving performance. through satisfaction poor enhancing their since applying competencies that have been directed thus far like meeting needs.
